Co-operatives UK members can use the historic Holyoake House in Manchester as their 'registered address'.

Every registered organisation, whether a company or society, is required by law to have a registered address. This address is where official documents such as letters from HMRC and other legal authorities can be delivered and considered as 'served'.

We offer our members the exclusive opportunity to use the historic Holyoake House in Manchester - the home of the UK's Co-operative Movement - as their registered address. Services offered:

  • Registered office address - £400+VAT per annum
  • Registered address for company/society directors - £10+VAT per director (optional extra)
  • Display plaque for registered company/society at Holyoake House - £50+VAT (optional extra)

Post forwarding and collection service

Correspondence can be collected in person or forwarded using our scanned mail service or by post. This service is available during office hours: 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Scanned post and other notices will be sent to an agreed email address every four weeks. There is an additional charge of £60 +VAT (per annum) for correspondence to be forwarded by post.
