Ahead of Co-op Congress and Co-op Fortnight, Co-operatives UK is inviting members to consult on policy priorities as we look ahead to the next general election.
How to get involved
We're consulting our members to help decide our policy priorities.
- Read our draft policy priorities via the download link below
- Fill in this short survey to comment on and suggest changes to a draft of four policy priorities and wider call on political parties
Deadline is midnight, 12 June 2023.
What happens next?
- Join us at Co-op Congress where attendees will get the chance to debate and take an advisory vote on our proposed policy priorities (the session will be on Saturday 17 June).
This will inform Co-operatives UK’s next Policy Influencing Plan, subject to Co-operatives UK Board approval in October. This year, it will also inform the final version of a communication to political parties ahead of the next UK General Election, to be published soon after Congress.
