- Awareness raising and outreach
- Specialised business development
- Start-up grants and improved access to specialised finance
City regions can support conversions by:
- Engaging SME owners early on succession/exit plans
- Engaging workers and their representatives early
- Feasibility studies
- Providing expert advice and support
- Providing access to specialised finance.
